Just guessing here but probably because I broke the rules. BUT - I broke the rules trying in good faith to spread awareness of what some* are calling the best NFL mini-game since Immaculate Grid.
*Only I have said this so far. But it's still early.

The rules of the game are simple. You search. A guy pops up. In this case it's Adam Vinatieri. I thought the 4 yards was a mistake. But folks...

You select how well you remember him. Your options are:
Easily (Champ Bailey, Clinton Portis, etc...)
Not at all (Sean Berton, 2004 Vikings TE. Sorry to this man.)
Or, most interestingly...
Deep Pull (Reuben Droughns)
Deep pulls are where the fun comes in. At this point, we've all seen the Twitter/Instagram threads asking you to name a forgotten player from your childhood. As you see a bunch of random players pop up, if you're a ball knower, you're sure to come across some players whose names you haven't heard in 15 years.
I set up a "Trending Deep Pulls" leaderboard to see who folks are tagging the most as a deep pull. Currently in the lead is... JACQUIZZ RODGERS.
A great college player with a better name. As I was preparing a blurb on Quizz, I was going to put the video of him getting LAUNCHED like 15 feet into the air but then realized that was, in fact, Jahvid Best. I was going to put it in here anyways but then watched it again and uh...football is a brutal sport. I hope Jahvid is doing well. (Another edit: Jahvid Best is an Olympic athlete! He competed in the 2016 games, representing Saint Lucia. Good for him! These are precisely the types of rabbit holes that Now Here's A Guy lends itself to!)

As of this writing, I've gone through 220 players and have had a wonderful time reliving some memories of my youth. There's also a leaderboard to keep track of who is most addicted to the game. I'm calling in a wellness check on 91906.

Be honest about who you remember...
Unfortunately the NFL subreddit will miss out on this game because of my malpractice. But that's okay because you're enough of a Ball Knower to be here on the FG blog! The game does not require you to log in to play...however, that's the only way to climb the leaderboard if you're into that kind of thing. We also keep track of your deep pulls if you want to see them down the road.
There's also a comment section which I am sure to regret. Let's keep things respectful in there, folks.
